Good Praxis Barcelona 03

On 26 November in La Capella, Barcelona, Good Praxis participated in a conference organised by PAAC which was focused on sharing projects, experiences and ideas around the climate crisis in the artistic context.

In our contribution to this round table discussion we discussed our experience with our Degrowth for Artists research.

PAAC organizes this gathering within the framework of the research Sustainability and Artistic Practice started in 2024. On November 26th and 27th we will have the opportunity to share experiences, learnings and spaces for debate between different groups, artists and researchers that address the climate crisis in its usual practice.

The climate crisis is also a social and economic crisis. These aspects that cross all spheres of society demand an urgent response in all areas. The artistic context is no exception. We put on the table the need to make visible and have resources and practices that propose solutions to face the planetary limits, climate justice and the inequalities that derive from them.
